At ThriftLook, we want you to be happy with your order.

Since our items are second-hand, we do not offer cash refunds. If an item is unsuitable, you can request an exchange or receive a ThriftLook gift card within 7 days of receiving or picking it up.

To make a request, email us at info@thriftlook.ca, including your order number and the item in question. We review each request and will respond within 48 business hours. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of an error on our part.

Once the item has been received and verified, a digital gift card for the eligible amount will be issued (valid for 12 months). It can be used directly in our online store, and the remaining balance will be available for a future purchase.

For hygiene reasons or due to the nature of the product, some items are final sale: earrings, underwear, swimwear, hair accessories as well as any item identified as Sale or Final Sale.

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

We will offer you a solution.
