At Thrift.Look, we want you to be happy with your order.

Because our items are pre-owned, we do not offer cash refunds. If an item doesn't fit, you can request an exchange or a Thrift.Look gift card credit within 7 days of receipt or pickup.

To make a request, email us at info@thriftlook.ca with your order number and the item in question. Your request will be reviewed and we will respond within 48 business hours. Items must be returned in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless we are at fault.

Upon receipt and verification, we issue a digital gift card for the eligible amount (valid for 12 months). It can be used for payment on our Wix store, and any unused balance remains available for future purchases.

For reasons of hygiene or the nature of the product, certain items are final sale: earrings, underwear and swimwear, hair accessories and any item identified as Sales / Final Sale.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please write to us within 48 hours with photos; we will arrange an equivalent exchange or a gift card.
