At Thrift.Look, we want you to be happy with your order.

Since our items are second-hand, we do not offer cash refunds. If an item doesn't fit, you can request an exchange or a Thrift.Look gift card within 7 days of receiving or picking it up.

To make a request, email us at info@thriftlook.ca with your order number and the item in question. Your request will be reviewed, and we will respond within 48 business hours. Items must be returned in the same condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

After receiving and verifying your order, we will issue a digital gift card for the eligible amount (valid for 12 months). This card can be used for payment in our Wix store, and any unused balance will remain available for a future purchase.

For hygiene reasons or due to the nature of the product, some items are final sale: earrings, underwear and swimwear, hair accessories and any item marked Sales / Final Sale.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, write to us within 48 hours with photos; we will take care of offering you an equivalent exchange or a gift card.
